Easy to enroll

  • Shop for plans at HealthCare.gov or on your state's Marketplace (or work with a broker)
  • Sign up during the open enrollment period or anytime you have a qualifying life event
  • Apply an advance premium tax credit (APTC), if you qualify¹
  • Watch for a confirmation in your email or mail within 10 business days or check your enrollment status

How to use your plan

  • Search our Find a dentist tool
  • Visit a network provider — no need for an ID card
  • Meet the annual deductible, then your plan pays a percentage of costs for covered services
  • Don't worry about filing a claim, your provider does that²
  • Review your benefits statement and pay any balance due
