Here's how to request an appointment to sell Dentegra plans:

  1. Go to Log in, then choose Create an account
  2. Select Broker for user type
  3. Complete the form and create an account 
  4. Tell us how you'd like to be paid and submit your appointment request
  5. Watch for an email within 14 days
